SYNOPSIS

       coot-identify-protein <map-file-name> <coordinates-file-name> <fasta-file-name>

       coot-identify-protein  is  a  program  to  identify the protein in a genome (given a multi-fasta file) or
       assign resdiue types to a poly-ALA model fragment.
