SYNOPSIS

       int TSMimeHdrFieldsCount(TSMBuffer bufp, TSMLoc offset)

DESCRIPTION

       Returns a count of the number of MIME fields within the MIME header located at hdr_loc within the marshal
       buffer bufp.
